Dr. Ann Kulze: I was recently reintroduce to that cheesy, yes the same little seeds that we use to grow the grass from those plaster cheap pots with and I have to tell you I’m quite impress. Like all of there seed cousins they are jam pack, full of protein and minerals and healthy fats and fiber but they have a few attributes that really set them apart that I want you to be aware of. First of all they’ve provide more plant base Omega-3 than any other food even more than flex, how much fiber that they have? How about five grams per tablespoon? Think about that. Five grams of fiber in one tablespoon and what’s really need about seeds is they will dissolve in liquids so no need to like cheer them up or chew them up and do you use them? You throw them into anything you want, you can mix them in your juice, you can throw them in salads and your vegetables and your soups and your stews anyway you want. They’re really are flavorless and I recently started juicing, thanks to the inspiration of Jack Lane and one of thing and I love it but that’s another video. And I want the things I do every morning is I have a tablespoon of tea seed and start them up to my juice from my juicer. So, check them out you give them an healthy grocery stores at this point as where I found them and they are typically in the supplement section although they’re not a supplement there food. I am sure and I also know this plan a places to buy them online but check them out because I think they are really, really healthy.
