Shape your arms and shoulders with the Chair Dip

Michele Stanten: This exercise is called the Chair Dip. It's the perfect way to shape your shoulders and your arms, using a piece of furniture you already have at home. We're going to sit on the edge of a sturdy chair with our hands next to our hips. Shift your hips off the edge; make sure your knees are directly over your ankles and you're going to bend your elbows straight back, lowering about 90 degrees and then press back up. Keep those abs nice and tight. We're working the back of the upper arm, the triceps, and lower and press back up. You want to do 8 to 12 repetitions of this exercise. This set of four moves should be done three times for a ten-minute routine.
