Sarah Dussault: Welcome to the calorie minute brought to you by diet.com video I'm Sarah Dussault with celebrity trainer Valarie Waters and today I have a few questions for her reagarding celebrity interviews about their fitness routines. So we are ready and also like magazine like Shape are they true or false do they what they are going to. Valarie Waters: They are truthful to a certain extent but keep in mind sometimes the magazines don't want to fit the whole workout into the magazine. So sometimes they only want like free moves because that's the only the pictures they can show and then some I don't really think are true, it's opposite, really does take consistency in diet and exercise and so you are taking your kids around or hang it out at the park is not going to correct. Sarah Dussault: Actually, that makes really good sense because a lot of times of our workouts we will short it I mean making out 1 to 5 minutes on YouTube so that you know we do keep people in their attention zone. Valarie Waters: Right, so that itself makes sense that I guess we can do one or two. Sarah Dussault: Alright Valarie, hopefully you enjoyed this little bit of tip that inside in to the world of celebrities in diet and fitness and don't forget to subscribe to diet.com and I will see you next time.
