[Music Playing] Judy: Hi everyone! We are back and today we are going to do a 10-minute workout about my fit kids here and I am on duty. We are going to try kardio funk for the whole time. So, what I want you to really remember is pace yourself. Okay, we are going to review all the moves that we learned in the five-minute workout. So, we are going to start with the wave.
