Male Speaker: Once you have determined that it's fat it can be removed with Liposuction. It actually works pretty well. We make tiny incisions right here around the bones that are prominent in the ankles and we go in with our Liposuction device, obviously staying away from Achilles tendon and the tendon of the Soleus. But we go in there and we permanently remove that access fat that is forming in that ankle area, and we can sculpt that and contour that to give a nice attractive look to the ankles, because women don't like heavy ankles. Female Speaker: No. But you made a good point, it's not just that anybody can do this, because if you get your Achilles tendon or -- then you can really have some problems. Male Speaker: I know where it is and I stay away from it. And I want to show you how well this works. I have a before and after picture. I want to thank my partner Jay Calvert here in Beverly Hills. This actually is one of his patients but that's a significant improvement. Do you see how much volume has been removed not only from her calves, but her ankles as well? So called kankles, we have good solution for those. Now typically, you have to expect some swelling, little things we do to minimize that, once it heals you don't see the incisions and that fat is permanently gone.
