I really have been trying to eat better. You know make sure that I have a lot of the foods that help protect your body, a fresh vegetables, fresh fruits. Not that I did not like those things or anything but you really do want to try to stay away from processed food and exercise is very important, I don’t really like to exercise so you know, I have to kind of force myself to take walks and things like that and again I am real good at that.
