No. Fiber supplements, I liken them to vitamin supplements. There is a certain amount of vitamins that we should have in our diet each day. There’s a certain amount of fiber we should have in our diet each day, and the fiber supplements help us reach that in our Western society where dietary fiber is relatively low in our food.
