A woman who has been able to have successful orgasms pre-pregnancy and also during pregnancy, who then stops having orgasms at delivery, particularly if it’s a vaginal birth, may have had neurological damage during delivery. And sometimes neurological, sometimes nerves would recover and sometimes they don’t, but there are things that can be done in terms of optimizing everything else such as hormone functioning and blood flow that may enhance a woman’s ability to then have an orgasm again.
