Hello this is Raphael Calsedia chief in this pro for ediets.com, and Doreen going to be demonstrating the Cat-Camel Stretch, this is a really good stretch for your lower back. So, Doreen is going to get on off horse. She is then going to sweep down, she is going to feel some tightness in the lower back then she is going to pull back immediately go all the way back and feel a great stretch. You want to hold this stretch for about fifteen to 20 seconds. She is then going to come up, repeat the movement, she is sweeping down, coming back slightly and all the way. Good! Let us do it one more time. Coming down, it is not a very heavy archer a little bit, and then she comes back. If you arch the back too much in that first position, you will feel pain in the lower back. So, you want to be careful. It is a really, really, good exercise for relieving any type of stress in that lower back. Good job Doreen!
