Calorie Burning Walk Tips Poor walking posture can really slow you down and make your walks feel harder than they need too. By practicing some perfect posture tips, you’ll see faster results and feel better when you walk. Start by standing up tall. Don’t look at your feet. You want to look about 10 to 15 feet ahead of you keeping your chin level to the ground. Keep your shoulders relaxed. And to pick up the pace, bend your arms to 90-degree angle and let them swing back and forward, hand coming back to about your hip, those arms. Keep those abs tight.
