Speaker: Let's do the Calf and Inner Thigh Attack Bridge. Now this is one of the challenge exercises and I am going to add a towel between my knees by engaging and squeezing through my knees I am really going to feel it in my inner thighs. So lay back onto the mat and we are going to take our hips up into a bridge, just relax your hands at your sides and pull those hips up, so you really want to create one long linear line abs are working, buns, hamstrings. Now we are going to lift those calf, so up for two, and then lower for four, slow and controlled that's hard and up for two and one, two, three, four. Now focus on keeping your hips steady, up for squeeze through those calf, buns, hamstrings and one, two, three, four and let's do it again, up, two squeeze your knees you get to squeeze that towel of pillow and down for four and then lower your bridge down, very nice, that's a great exercise.
