Alright, let's get started on our third 3-2-1 Circuit Workout. The first three minutes are cardiovascular and if you're feeling athletic, let's play some ball. You're ready, march it, good, step-touch to the right, let's go. You step touch, pull those arms, nice. Our first game is soccer, get ready to kick the soccer ball with your left foot, here we go, come on, kick it, yes, kick it. Now you use the inside of that ankle, good, a little inner thigh, go, come on, yeah. (Quick tip- For more power, exhale as you kick.) Two more this foot, then get ready to switch to the right foot. Here we go, switch feet, go. Kick right yes, kick right, nice, kick right, good. Alright, we got four more this side, four, yeah, three, good, two. Get ready to step-touch, right here let's go, step-touch. Now we're going to add a little shuffle and then kick the soccer ball. Are you ready? We'll shuffle left and kick it right, let's go. Shuffle, kick, shuffle, yes, kick, use those legs, kick the ball, four more, come on, four, three, last two, good, march it out, let's go right here, you march it. Alright, we are going to play hoops. Grab your basketball, we're going to shoot the hoop and land it, here we go. Shoot the hoop, land it and march it out. Now Austin stays in contact with the floor for the low impact, here we go. So to hoop and land it and march it out, one more like this. (Quick tip- To protect your knees, bend them as you land). Now let's add some defense to the game. Shoot the hoop, land it, play defense, play a little defense. Good! Shoot the hoop, land it, play a little defense, two more times. Come on, you can do it, have some fun, go. Land it, nice job, march it up, come on. Now let's move onto a game of catch. We're going to catch the ball to our right, you'll step and catch, let's go. Step, catch the ball. Good, do this two more times. Now we'll have some fun with this, listen up; catch a high ball right here. Go for it, now mid ball, now a grounder, now march it out, got that, high ball, let's go. Mid ball, yes catch that grounder, nice, march it, two more times. Go for the high, yeah, don't miss the grounder, nice, march it. One more, come on, breathe, reach the grounder, march it out. Now step and catch to other side right here, step catch, step catch, you've got it, two more. Get ready for our game, here comes that high ball. Reach, mid ball, yes, grounder, march it. High ball, come on, mid ball, grounder, you got it, reach for it, march it. Two more times, you've got this. Go for it, don't miss that ball, reach your arms, grounder, one more, good, here we go, yeah. Breathe each time, this is the last grounder, march it, you did it, awesome!
