Burning Calories with the Shake Weight Male: This is called the shake weight. Male: I've seen on this TV before. Male: So apparently, you're supposed to kind of shake it all over the place and the idea is that any movement is shaking, you're burning calories. This is very lightweight, building a little bit of muscles. Female: Very lightweight. This is something you could like stick in a big purse and carry it away. This is great for women. Male: Anyone who would want to try this? Female: But you know, this is great, Travis. This is really great for women. Male: Hello. Whitney: Hi. Male: What's your name? Whitney: Whitney. Male: So Whitney, are you into shaking? Whitney: Sure. Male: I'm going to be bequest my shake device to you. Alright, you got to shake. You got it. Whitney: Shake, shake. Male: You got to get it bouncing there. Male: I mean -- Female: There you go. Male: I mean you do have to work harder, don’t you? Male: Yeah. Female: Yeah. Male: More than just doing it -- Female: It’s a great upper body workout. Women often neglect these muscles up here and that’s really, really important especially if you want to lose weight. Male: Come on Lisa, work it. Male: I'm actually going to give -- Male: I just realized something; Lisa your shake device is much smaller. Female: It's for women. Male: You try that one. Male: Yeah, how about that one? Female: You couldn’t put this in your purse ladies. Male: So this comes in all different shapes and sizes.
