Burn Calories on a Budget with Dr. Lisa Lisa: This is the cheap and inexpensive way to exercise and this is what I do and play my music. It’s just the best cardiovascular workout and it just gets you move on. And just keep going and do your thing and keep going and it works the core. Before you know it, you have fun and you just girl power and you feel good about yourself. Just go girl. Jim: And I think we should see more of that. Travis: I think you need to give us some more— Lisa: Oh yeah! Travis: Was that your real “oh yeah”? Lisa: You got to get into it. Jim: What about this thing? Lisa: Yeah.
