Brain Frazer: This morning I was walking my dog and I saw this women sitting on a bench, checking her black berry well coke and gone in energy drink and to getting a pair of bar I want you why she needed an energy drink at a pair of bar and checked the email, no body needs that much energy, and if you do its time to think about little thing of more sleep, now, now then its really hit me until I found about Ayurveda, which is been run in India for 5,000 years. So I want to Ayurvedic specialist, in spite of my pause for 10 minutes on each arm and fully based on that he told me that I was eating all the wrong foods for my energy type, so he gave me a list of things I should start eating, what is on the list and what I am supposed to have it - bananas, no; shrimp, yes; sushi, no; coconut, yes; pineapples, no. Seems to be a little random, but I decided to keep it a trial round just save this is for later, so for breakfast I measure rasberries and mangos in to a paste, for lunch I make mung beans soup and for dinner I have slices of turkey raped around artichoke and for snack I take a hammer and smash up coconut to my drive line. And I started to feel of whole lot less cans, its crazy as all this sounds, without question my new diet really now this we up. For nutty dinner just knowing that I should go to string beans and instead of carrots and in towards triangle evening, all though my wife insists not the actual food that is coming you down its all the coconut smashing my drive way.
