Interviewer: If you want to get the milk growing. Interviewee: Right. Interviewer: The brain will realize if you empty the breast totally, it triggers off breast production, is that correct? Interviewee: Yes, Interviewer: So a lot of people feel, if you are not getting enough breast milk for fawn, you must get that breast totally empty, is that true? Interviewee: Yes. Interviewer: So if that is the case, you might work on that one breast and in the next feeding, the next breast. Is that correct? Interviewee: That can be correct yes, you want to empty out as much as you can from the breast. If you get it totally empty, then the production will increase. Interviewer: Once it is going along the way, many times you will have different techniques and helps you go alternate wind up at the beginning, be cautious when you get that least one breast totally empty, it is all that branded to which drops, is that correct? Interviewee: Yes and I always tell the ladies to try to drink at least a quarter a day of fluids and that helps as well. Interviewer: You cannot put out something you do not have, is that correct? Interviewee: Right, that is right.
