This is breast stroke, one of the core challenges. And again, remember your core body incorporates your abdominals as well as your back muscle. So let's go ahead and get on the floor like I am in a prone position with your abs facing down, and come all the way down extending your arms overhead. Keep your feet on the floor, the tops of your feet and lengthen out. Now you'll notice, I have got my nose pointing down towards the mat, so your back extensors are all working. You are going to swim around for two counts. One, two coming with the strength of that mid back and then dive in for four counts. One, two, three, four. You really have to control it. Swim, two, one, two, three, four and one, two, lower, slow, control it. Abdominals are tight, you feel it in your back, around for two, dive back in the water and you are really working to keep the tops of your feet on the floor, so you are focusing on your mid-back and your abs.
