Katherine: I just had a lumpectomy. I had a lump, that’s all. I got breast cancer and it was like okay, let's get rid of it. You know, I just never had a doubt that I’d survive it for some reason, you know I just believe in God. And I need him to take care of me. I mean it's not really a big story, you know like some people do. And I feel celebrate everyday and I celebrate my birthday more enthusiastic than I used to. When my birthday, I go, I don’t have any more birthdays, like my husband, but I celebrate mine, you know. Because some people don’t live that long, you know. What advice do you have for other women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer? Katherine: You're going to survive it. Everyday, you're going to survive it. Whatever happens, the tiredness and everything, you know talk to somebody, just get up and praise God that you're alive. You know, depend on the Lord. That’s what I did, I depend on the Lord. He can get through it, nobody else can get you through it, He can get you through it.
