I am Diane Rogers, I am survivor or 7 years 9 days. My story is I found a lump and I thought it was a cyst like I had cyst prior, so I got nearly in a hurry to even go to that surgeon and he found that it was cancer and my husband and I discussed it on the way out to the car and I told him the breast calm and after they did the surgery, this surgeon came in and talked to me and told me that was the best choice that I had ever made because there was cancer in the bottom part of the breast that they didn't even know about. So I probably would have been back within 6 months or so you know but I did really well, I had the support of the dose, my husband was my biggest support, I always thought I was the strongest in the family and found out that he was the strongest in the family. And I did well, and since my time that I have been a survivor, I have seen two more grandchildren and that was a blessing. And I just thank God everyday, when I wake up in the morning I say, thank you God for this wonderful day. And I just feel good, I am survivor.
