Breakfast Fruit Smoothie Recipe Niki: Hi I’m Nicki from ConickiTV and this morning I’ll be making a beautiful breakfast smoothie for you for most people sometimes you’re not going to have but you need to really have some nice breakfast. Con: Why are you making a smoothie? Niki: Because smoothies are easy. Con: But why don’t we make something else? Niki: We will but today we’re making a smoothie because it’s fast. This is for breakfast. Alright now our first ingredient is some mixed berries now Iv’e got some frozen ones because I went to actually to the grocery store and they weren’t that fresh the fresh ones, so bought some frozen berries which is actually nice because the smoothie will be actually cool to drink so I’ve got a bout a quarter of a cup of berries. I have banana we’re probably going to have that banana because I’m making one so just for me. Con you might have to wait a little bit later for yours so half banana I’ve got some low fat milk well skim milk if you want use it or soy depending on which milk you like and I’ve got some none fat yogurt so there we’re going to put in about 200 ml of low fat milk so I’m measuring it out and in it goes. Put the ingredients first and then put the rest. I wan to put about 2 tablespoons of the low fat yogurt in it goes. Con: What brand is that? Niki: This is one is –s yogurt there you go and you can see it’s a nice small town because a family getting a larger top alright now I’m going to take banana. I know I’m very good very experienced as you can see now I like to cut the little tips off the ends and I’m going to use that half a banana and it is in goes the berries. Con: What berries are they? Niki: Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries. Con: Where you got them from? Niki: Just the supermarket you can buy them in the freezer section. They’re fresh and frozen okay so I think fresh and their frozen and it’s easy sometimes if you can’t find a really good fresh produce just get all the frozen ones they’ve had fantastic so I’m going to put the lid because we don’t want any nice surprises and I’m going to start blending ready it’s a bit noisy so hang on. [Blending] How easy is that now take the lid off and I’ve got my glass and I’ll tell you what that smells fantastic and look at that color? So how beautiful is that? How long did that take us 2 or 3 minutes but look at that it’s absolutely delicious. I’ll just take a sip just to make sure it tastes good. That is delicious. You can have some later Con Now this is fantastic a great quick breakfast idea for all family and yeah I hope you enjoy it you can use different fruits if you like but this taste fantastic.
