Audra Lowe: Dances are great way to get in shape, but you don't always have to go the hip-hop route or even the Zoomba route. We're going to mix it up a little bit today with some Indian inspired moves. Andrea shows us how to get our Bollywood on in today's Getting Fit. Andrea Metcalf: I am so excited today about this workout. I know you've seen probably Slumdog Millionaire, but way before that Sarina Jain you brought Masala Bhangra the Indian dance and aerobics together. Tell us about it. Sarina Jain: Yes, I must say, Andrea it's great to see you. I brought Indian dancing to the fitness industry 10 years ago. Due to a tragedy of my family I created Masala Bhangra Workout. And it's one of the top five workouts in US today and I am very proud of where it's at. Celebrating 10 years like a dream come true for me. So I am really excited, because I have been teaching for 20 years, now a long time. Andrea Metcalf: It is such a fun workout, it brings such high energy and culture to us and I just can't wait to get started, but tell us, you have a few DVDs that people if they want to try this at home. Sarina Jain: Absolutely. Andrea Metcalf: You can get them. Sarina Jain: Totally I have about seven workout videos out right now. My latest one just came out a few weeks ago. So I am really excited, because we went back to India to shoot it on this elaborate Bollywood set. Andrea Metcalf: Alright. Sarina Jain: So we want to celebrate. Shoulders, they go up and down and you just think no idea what I am about to do. Arms up, shoulders down, turn the legs slightly in. Move your head side to side, celebrate basic right heel four, two, three, four. It goes five, pop it up. There you go pop. You got five, six right leg here we up. One, two, three let's say give me five, two, seven right leg. Go one, two; this is probably Dhol Beat. You got five, six now hit the drum. Hit the drum, hit the drum, hit the drum. Arms up shoulders down, down there you go. Hit the drum, hit the drum, hit the drum. Arms up shoulders down. Two give me a Bhangra swop. Knees are parallel; toes are parallel, move your shoulders up and down other side. From there you go, twist it out, twist it out, other side. This is where your core other side. One, two, three, other side. Hit five, six do it again, do it again. Hey! Balle Balle. Andrea Metcalf: Balle Balle. Sarina Jain: Now, five, basic, right heel, left heel. Here we are. Five, six.
