Lee Hayward: Hello its Lee Hayward here from Lee Hayward.com and in this quick video clip I am going to show you how to do body weight leg curls with the stability ball. Now this is an excellent exercise that really works the hamstrings and the glutes. And how you do it, you should just lie down on the floor with your abs raised out to this sides as you could see here in the video clip, and then place your legs straight out and your feet upon the center of the stability ball. Then what you do as you lift your butt off the floor and curl your legs back behind and what this does is really contracts the hamstrings and glutes hard, and it actually moves your lower body through space I mean all the remains motionless as your upper body, so what this does is creates more nerve muscular activation, which basically just means that you are moving your body through space and then you are activating more muscles fibers, compared to what If you are doing say a like a single lean exercise where you are doing like leg curls or something like that on a leg curl machine. So give this exercise and trying your next work out and let me know how it works for you but just leave me a comment below this video clip.
