Body Bar Bent-Over Rows with Squat Exercise Hi, I am Koya Webb and I am going to show you a body bar row with a squat. If you can complete this exercise, you will look like a pro in the gym as well as toned every muscle in your body. Everyone wants to be mentally, spiritually and physically fit. So many times it begins in your minds, just telling yourself I am beautiful the way that I am and I can do this. Alright let’s get started. First start with your feet, hip distance apart or shoulder width apart whichever is more comfortable for you. And I want you to really tighten your abdominal and then bend over with your weight, good right there. Now tighten your arms as you squeeze all the way up, good. And now squeeze your glutes as you stand straight up and lift the bar over. Great that is the first part of the exercise. Now this second part of the exercise we’re going to work those glutes and those legs. Go ahead and sit back into the squat, come down as far as you are comfortable and really squeeze your glutes up. And then over, let the elbows comeback out and lower back down and squeeze the glutes. This exercise tones your entire body. You really get a pull in your back and your arms and then when you squat down, you really work your legs. You work your entire body. I mean it's a really infectious. So once you start doing this exercise, they become contagious. Now let’s do that again with a little bit of speed. Come up and lift, lift your arms over, down and back up. Make sure when you are doing this move, you really make sure your knees don’t go over your toes and that nice in control. This move when executed properly it will make you look great. Whether you are in the gym, whether you’re on the bench, whether you have a body bar or barbells, you can do the same exercise. Everyone should be mentally, spiritually and physically fit. So many times it begins in your mind just telling yourself “I am beautiful the way that I am and I can do this”. This exercise is sure to bring your sexy back.
