This is the bird dog shoulder shaper. Another great one for sculpting sexy shoulders and also works the entire core body and a little bit of glute. So here we go, this is one of the core exercises. Come on to all fours with one hand weight. Always remember, to lift keep those abs nice and tight to support your lower back and here is what we are going to do. We are going to lift one arm out to the side, as the opposite leg exist. You have to really balance here, and then we're going to bring it down to the starting position. Up for two, lowering for four on the lengthening phase, slow and control, here we go. One, two, slow, four counts, good and one, two, and one, two, three, four. Now I am trying to keep my neck in alignment, so you notice I am not stressing my neck let's do another one. One, two, one, two, three, four I'll give you one more here, out for two, slow and control as you bring it down, for four you'll do several on this side and then repeat on the other side.
