Lee Hayward: Hey its Lee Hayward here from leehayward.com, and in this in my arm workouts when I really want to move fast and complete the workout in a short amount of time. So I am starting here with low pulley cable curls and I am using the EZ bar attachment for this exercise, and I am going to bang out about 15 reps, so really you want to get you know some good blood volume pumped into the arms. So as soon as I complete half 15 reps of the exercise I am going to take the EZ bar attachment here and move it over to tricep push down station. And once I have it set up here and I am going to bang out 15 reps of the tricep push downs. Again this is great for pumping up the arms, because I mean biceps are already pumped up to hand, now we are going to move immediately to triceps with very little rest in between sets. So after I finished my set of tricep push downs then I'll take about minute or 2 rest and repeat the super set again. And I'll probably do about 2-3 super sets in my workout.
