Going through your sleep deprived isn't a nuisance. It's estimated, sleep deprivation cause US businesses around 150 billion annually in lost productivity and absenteeism. One way to improve your sleep is to upgrade your mattress. If you are not sleeping as well as you used to, or if you waken up feeling stiff and sore, it might be time for a new mattress. The Better Sleep Council says, the best way to try out a mattress, is to take the sleep test.
