Melanie Raposo: Hi! Everybody I'm Melanie Raposo and welcome to Mommy's Minute. After your pregnancy you may find that your breasts aren't as full and perky as they once were. But there are some exercises that women can do to make them a bit firmer again. Any exercise that works on the pectoral muscles like push-ups or bench presses will help. If women are experiencing excess sagging, breast lift surgery may be an option. Some women also get breast implants. This, however, affects your ability to breast feed. So if you choose this option make sure you done having children. Also keep in mind that while these results from these surgeries will last a long time. They aren't permanent. Aging, waking and off course gravity will all affect your results over time.
