EmpowHer: Do you recommend talking in simple sentences with people who have Alzheimer's disease? Sonja Redman: I absolutely do, I do, the simpler the better. Not like child, you know, I don't talk to him like a child, but I talk to him in simple, direct language and that seems to work very well.
