Alright, so the next exercise is Prone, which means lying face down on your stomach, single leg raise. It's basically, most people would call it the butt blasting. In this one, very simple exercise. Basically, you lie flat like this and just lift the leg. Basically, you can just relax however you want this way, and just raise the knee off the ground like that. You hold that glute contraction for two seconds, and let it back down, and then come up and hold this strong as you can, push up as hard as you can, and relax. So this one focuses mostly on the glute, a little bit of hamstring, but it really focuses a lot on the butt muscles.
