Contrary to popular belief, a lot of people that buy the fruit yoghurt at store feel they’re really healthy. You know what? All their fruit stays at the bottom of the yoghurt and it’s held with preservatives and substitute sweeteners which actually aren’t that good for you so we are going to use the freshest fruit possible to get the best flavors you can possibly get. Kerry, I like my fruit smoothie really cold and really fixed so there’s really two things you can do. One, use fresh fruit and ice cubes or simply freeze the fruit, do without the ice cubes and it makes it thick very naturally. Now, you said you wanted this to be a very healthy smoothie, we’re doing away with all those sugar substitutes and we’re going to use natural honey to provide all of our sweetness. Kerry so how this easy came together. We’re going to make it a little more healthy for you. We’re simply going to add in this oat and honey granola.
