Before and After Cankle Surgery Dr. Travis Stork: We’re in the no shames zone today. So far, we've covered new solutions for beer bellies and sweaty armpits. And now we’re tackling the body part. And many women are ashamed of their cankles. And for anyone who doesn’t know— Dr. Drew Ordon: Well, you know what a cankle is, right? Dr. Travis Stork: I do but not everyone does. Dr. Drew Ordon: Alright. It’s where it starts at the calf and it’s really one straight line. You have not definition in that zone between your calf and your ankle so we did cankle surgery liposuction surgery on Natalie. Let me show you what Natalie looked like before. Let’s see her cankles. So can see, she was heavy on the calf. She did not have that nice tapering transition from the calf zone down to her ankles. Dr. Travis Stork: I want to see the results. Dr. Drew Ordon: So do I. I haven’t seen Natalie in a few days, come on out. Dr. Travis Stork: Come on up here. How are you feeling? Dr. Drew Ordon: How are you hot stuff? Natalie: You guys have changed my life because they're amazing. Dr. Travis Stork: Everyone, look once again at the before picture and let’s compare it to now. Wow. Alright, you can turn around. So that go, I’m impressed. What did you do to make that happen because there’s a big difference? Dr. Drew Ordon: It’s really three dimensional sculpting. We make three incisions one in either side of the ankle. We infiltrate tumescent solutions which distance the area. As you can see, there’s some real key structures that we want to stay away from Achilles tendon, other tendons, the vessels in the ankles. We sculpted to taper that nice gradual transition from the calf down to the ankle. Dr. Travis Stork: And you have a satisfied patient. Natalie: I’m very happy. Dr. Drew Ordon: Congratulations. Natalie: Yeah.
