This is the Beach Ball Hug. Now this is a great whole body exercise. You are going to really incorporate your core body as well as your chest muscles. So grab a set of hand weights and lay down to the floor. Now you want to - suck that belly button to your spine, so you are really protecting your lower back and engaging through your abs and lay all the way down. I want you to imagine, you got a big beach ball; right here on your chest. Bring your hands up and around that beach ball and then lift one leg up to about table top. Here we go. You are going to open for four, one, two, three, four. So you are opening around that beach ball. You are extending your leg out, so you have to really think about it, core body working here. Now pull up for two, one, two, as you squeeze your chest muscles around that beach ball, let's do it again. One, two, three, four, and then pull back up for two. You want to avoid dropping those weights, you really have to control them, think about it. One, two, three, four, bend those elbows pull back up and two, nice job. Because there's a lot of thinking, as you are moving the leg with the chest muscles. Now do it all on one side, and then do the other leg, and you will feel complete. It's a great exercise.
