Dee Harrington: Pilates is the mind and body exercise. It can dramatically change the shape of your body, and how you feel, how you operate as a person, it can give you strength without building bulk. It will give you slender hips, a flat abdominal. Most people can have little relaxation from this. My company, The Body Business was started in 2002 and the aim then was to help people lose weight and exercise and tune their body. A lot of people come along because they just feel that hours for them it’s peaceful, they get a lot of relaxation, they can stretch, and they can do Pilates exercises. They sometimes arrive feeling awful and stress and they’re being on the chew you know just how to get air on that of day of work, they always leave saying, how great they feel. Lots of ladies and girls have come to me prior to their wedding day. They particularly want their arms and their shoulders to look good as well as their abdominals and bottoms. If they want to lose weight, they can do through Pilates, through toning the muscles, lengthening the muscles. The pregnant ladies obviously, they need to keep moving through their pregnancy. So they -- there’s three time excess of exercise for them to do; usually by the third one they are slowing up. But then afterwards, they come back after the baby and then their body just zips back.
