Basic Meditation: How to Initiate the Flow Video

So in these video I am going to be talking about the difference sensation you might experience during a meditation including what you feel, as the flow is being initiative. This may helps some of you was being obstacles are you encounter during a meditation also allow you to have a fuller experience. Now in the next few seconds, you will going to see the actually meditating and walking you through the various sensations you might encounter. Okay so first things first, I get my self into a comfortable position. In these video I have adopted lay down position with the pillows under my knees in order to alleviate stress from the lower back and slight pillow under my head in order from my head to be comfortable for one and two to my upper body to say it is stretch out I stretch out as possible. Also begun to breathe normally relaxing feeling my bodies thinking into the couch and just letting go. So while thoughts and feelings are being dump into the conscious stave. What happens inside your mind becomes more and more intense and conscious trim reaches this point of point of exaggeration. And we start to feel like we bordering slave. Now this is actually before right before the released. And if you fall asleep it is okay just means that the contrast string got over loaded and your system shot down for what happens after is the same. You managed to stay relax and to trust that your body can processed it and not to try to interfere intellectually as you get into the maximum point of meditation. The energy will of itself just release and then you will come to this place of calm for a few moments before it is starts up again. And in this place is where you discover self awareness. This is where you discover your core and this is where you understand the purposed of meditation on what we can do it for you. When the cycle’s starts up again you have to let that passed. Right even that awareness even that momentary window needs to passed. But as the fluke continues and you are released more and more excess energy that gap widest a new set in the awareness of your self longer. And be able it is only a matter of time before this place this core stays with you. Even after, you leave the meditation. During meditation, it is normal to reach a point of frustration. Moments where you feel nothing is happening and you are getting more, more agitated. The reason why this happens is that there is energy that stacking us in various point of tension in our body that we are not allow into move. Although we feel that, we are relaxing and we feel that we are allowing everything to circulate. The truth is we are fighting against a mechanism within ourselves that we created throughout our lives. During our education throughout most of our existence, we have been talk to express our emotions in order be able to function in society. The problem is overtime that mechanism becomes so automotive. We are no longer conscious that it is there. And so during meditation a lot of the times the frustration will feel or the tension the emotional tension or mental tension will feel what will come from that mechanism that will pressure still in place in difference points of our body. And we actually have to scan our bodies. Find become aware of those points of tension and slowly try to relax. That the feelings that come out of this, these deeper feelings a lot of the times have been are the causes of you know the root causes of the blockages. In these could be a very intense experiences. But in no way does not deserve you know and no way does not defer from releasing surface mental and emotional tension. You know just because you might feel it more intensely. It does not mean that your body cannot processes. It does not mean that it would not you know so come to the same process of releasing through the flow.
