Now we are going to strengthen our triceps muscle. You can either do it from the chair again or standing. Make sure when you are standing that your feet or hip with apart, you are holding nice and strong. You are going to take your band, you will gently place it on your shoulder and you are going to lift your elbow out and you are going to extent to the back of the head, make a good tension with your back, okay. Two out you guys, here we go. Out for two, and in for two. You are holding it up through that elbow and again extend out to the back. Okay, let us try the other side. Ready, hold it up by your shoulder and we are going to out for two, straight back, relax that shoulder. Good, and out and in. Again, take it out for two, and in for two. Great, so that is your triceps muscle.
