This next one is called the “seated row” and it is work in your back. What you want to do is you are going to loop your band around your heels. You are going to hold it in tight and you are going to be squeezing through your back, pulling through with your arms. So, extend your arms out and we are going to do it in and out for two. Here we go, so in for two and squeeze, squeeze, squeeze, squeeze. Good! And release, perfect! And again, squeeze back, keep your shoulders relaxed and out, good! Keep going, guys. Let us try it one more time. Extend and pull it in, squeeze your back, excellent! And one more time, squeeze your shoulder blades tight. Good! That is the Seated Row, working your back. Great job!
