This next move is a leg squat using the bands. There two ways of doing it. Keep the half of the band at your waist or if you want to challenge yourself a little bit more, you can bring it all the way up, great. Make sure that you have good form, feet or hip width apart. When you squat down you want to make sure you are pushing your hips back with two counts up and two counts down. Okay, ready? Here we go. Down for two, knees in line with the toes, sink right down and then take it up. Bands are another great way to strait-train. I am actually doing the squat without the band but that is even a lot of work too. Let us try two more, and up. Good, make sure it hits the core right back—looking good, holding through that core, great. So, this one is called the leg squat.
