This next move is called the chest pull. We are going to demonstrate it facing forward and back. So, Lorie give it a turn around. Okay, so what you want to think about is extending the bands straight ahead, a little bit of tension, arms straight. What you are going to do is you are going to squeeze your shoulder blades together. Okay, here we go squeezing it back for two. You watch Lorie’s back, gives you the shoulder blade squeezing together and release. Let us do three so two more. Squeezing together, and release looking through the eyes. And, one more time, fist together, shoulders relax and release. Perfect, so that is the chest pull. Good job.
