This next move is called the chest press. What you want to do is take your bands, slip it around back and bring it up under your armpits. Make sure your feet or hip width apart. Okay, we are going to press forward for two and in for two, nice and slow. Here we go. Pressing it forward, make sure you are squeezing your chest and release. Good and again, looking good. Forward, right in line with your shoulder and release. Let us do one more. Squeeze it forward, and release. Good, so that is strengthening your chest muscle. Good job.
