The next strength move using the bands is strengthening your biceps. We are going to do both together. You can do it from a seated position or standing. When you are on the chair, you want to make sure that you are sitting at the edge of your chair. Come forward, Katie. Good. Bring your feet forward. Your feet are hip-width apart when you are standing, nice strong core, elbows in, and we are going to slowly curl up for two and down for two. Ready, here we go. Curling it up, stop when the muscle looks the biggest, and then look at those muscles. Again, up for two, really important to go slowly, and down for two, also to make sure that your wrist stay a nice straight line with your arm. Perfect. One more time, up and down. That is your bicep curl.
