This next upper body move is a ball-walk over push-up and it is really challenging. What you are going to see, the girl’s trying to demonstrate is doing a pushup and transferring their weight and doing a push-up on the other side. Fortunately for me, Cassandra and Kathy are going to do the demonstrations with this one. Alright, so again, you think about keeping a nice, strong back, holds with the core trying not to sway. Okay, are you ready? So, you are going to push down and transfer your weight, very nice! Try not to drop your back Kathy, push! Very good! So far so good! So, this is the ball-walk over push-up, it is challenging. So, when you have mastered the other ones, you give it a try good! Very good!
