Speaker: This is a Balancing Suspended Biceps Curl. Now the balancing portion kicks in that core body so we are going to balance on one leg, lift one leg. Take your hands up and out to the sides at about shoulders height palms face up. Now keep those abdominal tight to hold your balance. You are going to pull in for two counts into a suspended bicep curl and then extend back out lengthening for four beats nice and slow, keep those elbows up don't let them lower down, here we go one, two, one two, three four, keep your shoulders away form ears let's do it again, one, two and you really have to hold those elbows up, choose the appropriate weight, balancing those arms up to the side, very good. Okay, so you will do half on one leg and then switch the other half balancing on the other leg good luck.
