The first of our balance move is the called 747. What I want you to do is pick a leg that you feel most comfortable on. You are going to step forward. You want to think about nice long back, arms out the side meaning on to it. Get a spot in front of you. Make sure your front leg, your front knees align with your toes and you are going to hold that balance, good. Now once you feel comfortable with this, you can take it to the next level by closing your eyes and you are going to keep that balance, keep that balance, good. I am going to show you from the side. Just see what it looks like. Nice long back, keep your eyes open, leaning to it, nice and long and then when you feel ready for the next progression, just shut your eyes and you try and hold it. Okay, here we go give it a try. Right or left foot, does not matter with you guys. Think really long spine, good. Come on forward and hold that balance, good length and step back. Perfect, good. Now when you are ready, you want to make it a little bit more challenging, you can close your eyes, but you do not have to close it if you do not want too. Good, looking good. Holding it, okay switch side. Okay, remember focus first, knee in line with the front toe. Looking good. Long back, great. And if you are ready, the next challenge is to close those eyes. Balance is really important for all your sports, great. Okay, that is the 747.
