Again we are going to use the fore arms and my body weight for leaning into it and I need to get in a right position for this, you need to kind of put your feet apart and back a little bit so you can lean forward. And then just go down between the spine and the shoulder blades. So actually, as I turn my arm as I am going down, turns out I am actually working this part of my arm, using the out side of my arm. And the pressure totally comes from me just leaning into it. It is really true with most all the strokes rather than using my arms for weight. I just use my whole body weight. And then you can stop at here especially tights some stop and lean into it a little bit. So a little Shiatsu move, pressure works just leaning down and helps the tight muscles to let go. Encourage the client to breath, take out a deep breath. And I am leaning into it, I take a deep breath and helps the client to do the same thing.
