Now to start to you can bring forward and start to use your form with that two. Okay and then we can start working down for the sides of the spine. Here I am using the whole thumb so I am working this whole muscle area in both sides of the spine just leaning to it. Over the – and over the hips and back up, we are going down one side at time. And get this thing off the spine. I am putting weight on the spine with my hands I am just focusing on the muscles on either sides. And circular both sides at the same time just back and forth. So you are working the attachments, the small muscles to the spine. And that all so we can work to the attachments to the bones in the area where the muscle actually attaches to the bones. It is really helps the muscles to let go and always finishing with a long stroke and sooth it all out.
