Unfortunately, often, people come to me with back injuries. I’m going to show you an easy way of releasing back tension, opening up the hip joints and releasing siadic pain. Simply lie on your back, bring your arms up to the side and bring your right ankle on to your left knee. Take a breath in anchoring through your shoulders and drop your foot down to the left as you turn your head to the right giving yourself a nice twist. And then, slowly come up. And bringing your hand under your thigh, and you can press your elbow in your inner thigh as you draw your knee in toward your chest. Drop your navel down towards your spine and lift your forehead towards your knee. You can press your elbow into your inner thigh to help the stretching of your hip even more, and then releasing from there taking your arms into a T position again crossing your leg this time, knee-over-knee bringing your opposite knee up, dropping your knees down to the opposite side and turning your head opening up the hip joint. And then coming back and switching to the other side.
