Janice Battiste: Just a light spiral around the belly button clockwise, okay, followed by the I Love You stroke. So again, this is a bit tricky, but it's the one that you saw there on the video when she was putting a little bit of pressure there. So, it's two fingers, and I am just going to show you on Gracie's belly. So, we start just underneath the chest bone here and we are going to start on the baby's left side and we come down, again a little bit of pressure for the relief, for the gas relief, down for the I, like that, and then we start on the opposite side, come straight across and then straight down, so it's an upside down L for Love. Okay, good. And then a big upside down U. So, you are noticing that it's still going clockwise, you can go in a straight circle but then it's not the I Love You stroke so. Okay. So, it's I, Love, good, You. Very good. Now, we are going to do Rocking the Hara. Rocking the Hara you don't need oil or lotion for this one. Okay, and we are just going to go straight across the belly button there. Remember again, we need that little bit of pressure, so you actually start with the heel of your hand, transfer the weight to the palm of your hand, to your fingertips. So, it's very simple, it just a very slow rocking motion that goes from the heel to the palm to the fingertips, and you just rock back, so it's just the rocking motion. So, I am going to get you guys to turn babies on to their tummies and we are going to start right away. So, if you are oily enough, that's fine, or if you need a little bit more oil, get some oil in your hands. So, both hands on baby's back, leaving one hand in place where you stroke down for one, two, three, both hands together, just for a few seconds and stroking down with the other hand for one, two, three.
