A radiation is a process that delivers deadly gamma radiation into meat and other foods to kill bacteria that can cause food poisoning or spoilage. The radiation may come from nuclear material, x-rays or electronic beams. Fickle contamination of slaughter house animal is the primary reason for a radiation since animal waste and food or water is the cause of most food poisoning. A radiation creates free radicals and diminishes or destroys vitamins A, B, C, E and K. A radiation also destroys the chi energy, live enzymes and friendly bacteria required for good health. Lab animals fed irradiated foods have produced tumors, kidney failure, reproductive problems and miscarriages. A radiated food is not labeled. So, if you preferred to eat pure food, the way nature intend it, it is just another reason to eat organic. If you would like to learn more about why to eat organic food and how to live naturally, you can read this informative book, “The Beginners Guide to Natural Living”.
