Kat's Feedback Session 4 (of 8) April 29, 2010 Kat: Good morning, Bill! Bill: Okay, Kat. Week 4, session 4, how is it going? How is -- Kat: Well, the only thing that I am having really any pain today will be my knee. After our session today I guess noticing the hamstrings and holding on to something then. That was kind of cool. I didn't realize what I doing. Then I guess we've got figure that out and just trying to work on letting go. But I could definitely feel a little bit of stuff in my knees working through the hamstrings. So hopefully I guess if I stretch maybe a little bit more this week or drink some more water, maybe some of that help alleviate my knee pain as well. But right now I feel as though it's pretty good. Bill: How is the water intake being going? Kat: Better than previously, but I still have a long way to go. Bill: How much do you owe Ben? Kat: It's questionable because I was sick this last week. So maybe a couple of dollars. Just a couple. Bill: Okay. Now you had that certification this past weekend. How did that go? How did everything hold up for that? Kat: The certification went really well. All day, Saturday, I was good going into a squat, not really feeling a lot in my knees. Sunday, it was a lot tighter, I felt it a little bit more, but nothing to the point where I couldn't do what we are working on. So that's a good thing. Bill: Other than being sick this past week how the workout has been going? Have you had any of those little dings like you were saying that would set you back? Kat: Noap. Not so far. Bill: Cool! Kat: That's good. I guess it is well. We will see, we still have a couple of more weeks to go. Bill: Yeah, we are halfway through. Okay, thank you, Kat.
