Bill: Okay, Ben Carter, session 6. What's happening? Ben: Well, it felt a little tight in the hamstring again as usual. Once that loosened up, I really found that my shoulder is holding on to a lot of tension there. And then that made it go into traps which was into my ribs. And once those all loosened up, I feel pretty good. Bill: So no pain on the shoulder? Ben: Haven't had any pain, it gets a little tight, we did a lot of shoulder stuff this weekend and I can definitely notice a difference when I do more shoulders, its little tighter as it would be. But I'm actually stretching a lot more 'til I dislocate and that’s been safe, relatively pain free. Bill: Cool. Great. Thank you. Ben: Thank you Bill
